		<description>One pound is great!  A normal rate of weightloss is 1 or 2 lbs per week, so don&#039;t stress about that.  Better foods more often is key!  awesome.  i love chocolate things too...try to pay attention to when/why you&#039;re getting those cravings.  too much coffee, carbs, fats in a meal can cause sweet cravings.  try to find a pattern in it.  Exercising doesn&#039;t have to be an hour.  20 minutes of interval training is as effective as an hour of moderate exercise.</description>
