Myself included, I'd rather work with someone that makes the day fun and at the same time productive. If it was between 2 camera operators and I had to choose between the fun one and the one I didn't get along with as well... and they both were great shooters..... well you know... Sometimes people like to hire the fun one and take the time to teach them how to do things because overall the day would be more comfortable then with a dud who knows what they're doing.
